Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

However, in exceptional cases, if a customer requests cancellation of a prepaid order before dispatch, a ₹100 cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

This charge is applied because:

• Products are packed using new batteries (where required), and

• Secure protective bubble packaging is used to ensure safe delivery.

How to Request a Cancellation

For cancellation requests (prepaid orders only), customers must contact us directly with their order details.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will review and process the request from our end.
