Returns Policy
At present, returns are not accepted for products purchased through this website.
However, if a customer receives a product that is:
Damaged during transit, or
Not in working condition upon delivery
the customer must contact us immediately via the provided email address or customer care number.
Replacement Process
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers should share relevant details (and unboxing proof, if requested) to help us assess the issue.
Products should be sent back only after mutual agreement and confirmation from our team.
Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement product will be dispatched.
No returns or replacements will be entertained without prior approval.
