Returns Policy

  1. At present, returns are not accepted for products purchased through this website.

    However, if a customer receives a product that is:

    • Damaged during transit, or

    • Not in working condition upon delivery

    the customer must contact us immediately via the provided email address or customer care number.

    Replacement Process

    • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Customers should share relevant details (and unboxing proof, if requested) to help us assess the issue.

    • Products should be sent back only after mutual agreement and confirmation from our team.

    • Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement product will be dispatched.

    No returns or replacements will be entertained without prior approval.
