Shipping timelines may vary depending on the customer’s delivery location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

  • For orders with a total value below ₹700, a standard shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly indicated at checkout.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.

Delays

We make every effort to dispatch orders on time while ensuring that each product:

  • Is in proper working condition

  • Has no visible physical damage before dispatch

In rare cases of unforeseen delays, our team will proactively contact you with an update.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information: The email will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to become available.
